One full bowl of papaya is a good quantity to be consumed daily but if you are planning a diet for weight loss, you can include papaya as an evening snack or consume it as breakfast. Tasty and highly nutritious, this fruit is great to include happily in your diet if you are aiming to cut down extra fat.
A diet should ideally start right from the first meal of the day. Just have a glass of diluted almond milk or oatmeal water, which will give you enough fiber for the day, take a 30 – 45 minutes break and eat a papaya salad. The question arises that how we can take papaya seeds, then you can consume 8 to 10 papaya seeds as pills or in paste form, but this should be done in the morning. You can combine these pills with a glass of grapefruits which is much better.
